Expert logistician with over 15 years of experience as an Active Guard Reservist in Florida's Army National Guard, (FLANG) Jared has 10 years of operational experience in surface-to-air missile defense systems and 4 years in the Special Operations community supporting non-standard logistics requirements. Expert logistician with over 15 years of experience as an Active Guard Reservist in Florida's Army National Guard, Jared has 10 years of operational experience in surface-to-air missile defense systems and 4 years in the Special Operations community supporting non-standard logistics requirements. While serving at the FLANG Headquarters during the global COVID-19 pandemic, Jared was relied upon for procurement and contracting where his knowledge and interpersonal skills served the state of Florida well in bridging the military-civilian sector communication gap to provide topnotch, uninterrupted support to disaster relief. Jared possesses a degree in business management which he employs daily to guide clients through government contracting, supply ecosystems, and business plan development.
Brent has more than 21 years of experience as a U.S. Marine, team builder, and problem solver. He has served in key positions from the tactical to executive-level serving in all three active Marine Expeditionary Forces. Having served in unique positions in the U.S. Congress and Headquarters Marine Corps, Brent's experience in legislative and congressional affairs earned him and Deep Stream an extensive professional network across government, defense industry, and non-defense entities. With advanced degrees in government, public policy, and international transportation management, Brent has focused his knowledge and expertise to inform public law in the national security space, research and compile strategic investment portfolios, and now, assist small and medium-sized businesses with great ideas to compete and thrive in the ultra-competitive defense and transportation markets.
With over two decades of experience as a surface warfare officer, Mike Knickerbocker is a practitioner turned catalyst that builds teams ready to gain competitive advantages by exploiting commercial and defense technology gaps. Leveraging his operational-level planning and multi-domain tactical warfare skills, Mike provides expert advising on platform design, development, and end-use application. Whether a start-up or charting new paths in surface, subsurface, air, or space platforms, Mike collaboratively guides his clients through smart, measured, and successful contracts and capital investments.
